Baptiste Power of Yoga™ Class Schedule

All Yoga Classes are located in Marin County, California.
Baptiste Power of Yoga™ Teachers will gently guide you through each yoga class
encouraging you to work at your own level of ability.
You will learn to work within your own level of comfort.
The yoga classes offer challenge while supporting each students individual needs.

12:30-1:30 pm	Lucas Films Lucas Films staff only, not open to the public.
Tuesday 9:00 -10:15 am	Bay Club Marin Baptiste Breath Based Flow - All levels, beginners welcome
6:00-7:15 pm	Bay Club Marin Baptiste flow yoga class — Level 2
Wednesday 9:20-10:20 am	Gold's Gym Yoga with Weights (all levels)
10:30-11:30 am	Gold's Gym Baptiste Breath Based Flow - Level 1-3
Saturday 8:15-9:30 am	Meridian Baptiste Breath Based Flow - Level 1-3
10:00-11:00 am	Osher Marin Jewish Community Center Baptiste Breath Based Flow All levels, beginners welcome
Sunday 8:30 -10:00 am	Bay Club Marin Baptiste Breath Based Flow - Level 2-3
Yoga class locations
Private Yoga Sessions and Workshops Private Yoga Sessions are held in Marin County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. For your convenience; if your not in the area, prefer at home practice or have a busy travel schedule I offer my Baptiste Power of Yoga™ DVD (also in VHS) plus other great meditation and yoga products.
