transformation and inspiration. You will learn postures, techniques and skills needed in this Power of
Yoga sequenced class. The class includes centering practices (mindfulness), warm-up (preparatory) and
breath-based flow (vinyasa) with balance and strength postures (dynamic). Conclude with deep
relaxation and meditation leaving you with an overall sense of well-being. Take this time to awaken your
